As we approach the holiday season, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your partnership and the important work we do together to support students in achieving their academic goals.

School will be closed from December 21st to January 5th to allow our staff to enjoy the holidays with their families. During this time, we will operate with a skeleton crew to handle marking and emergencies only.

To ensure that your students have all the necessary documents—especially for university applications—we kindly ask you to review their requirements and submit any supplementary document requests by [December 11th]. This will allow us to complete these requests before the holiday closure, ensuring no delays.

While we are happy to assist with emergencies during the closure period, we kindly request that non-urgent matters be held until we return to normal operations on January 6th.
